SQL Server Agent 리소스 파일인 Sqagtres.dll 의 버그로 인해서 발생하며 아래 문제가 나타나는 머신에서는 KB2718920 를 통해 버전에 맞는 HOTFIX 를 설치하여 이 문제를 Fix 할 수 있습니다.
