Windows Server 자동 재시작 원인 분석

모두가 잠든 새벽 시간, 서버가 조용히 재부팅 되어 버린 원인을 찾아 봅니다. 서버 관리자의 사랑과 정성이 필요합니다. 


[환경]
Windows Server 2003


[현상]
시스템이 자동으로 재시작 된 원인 분석 


[원인]
매일 새벽 3시 자동 업데이트를 수행하도록 설정 되어 있습니다. 업데이트 패키지에 시스템 재시작이 필요한 패키지가 포함되어 있어 15분 후 자동으로 시스템이 재시작 하였습니다.

[해결방안]
시스템 자동 업데이트 기능을 사용안함으로 설정하고 시스템 점검 시 수동으로 시스템 업데이트를 적용할 것을 권장합니다.


[분석결과]

이벤트(시스템) 로그를 확인하여 시스템 재시작 이유와 문제 발생 시점 변경사항을 확인할 수 있습니다.
