Windows Server 2008 클러스터 환경에서 Public NIC의 상태가 '연결할 수 없음'으로 나타나는 현상과 관련하여 아래와 같이 정리하였습니다. Microsoft 고객지원부 지원 사례에 대해서 테스트 환경에서 재구성하였습니다.
[환경]
Windows Server 2008 EE SP2
[현상]
장애 조치 클러스터 관리 - 네트워크 - Public 상태가 '연결할 수 없음' 으로 나타남
그 외 클러스터 서비스에 별다른 영향을 미치지 않음 (클러스터/이벤트 로그 확인사항)
[원인]
클러스터 서비스가 온라인 된 이후 Public NIC 에 구성된 2개의 Teaming 네트워크 연결 중 1개의 케이블의 연결을 끊은 후 다시 연결한 뒤, Public NIC 상태 정보가 정상적으로 업데이트 되지 않았습니다.
[해결방안]
Pulibc NIC 를 '사용안함' 에서 '사용함'으로 전환하여 클러스터 서비스에서 해당 NIC 상태를 업데이트합니다.
[분석결과]
1. 클러스터 로그에서Public network의 두 네트워크 인터페이스의 GUID 상태 확인
